Green Beans and Coconut Curry

- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
- 1/2 Medium red onion Finely chopped
- 1 pkg Sukhi’s Coconut Curry Package
- 2/3 cup Coconut milk Split in half
- 1 lb Green beans Cut into thirds
- 1 Lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cilantro (for garnish)
- Rice or naan (optional) for serving
Instructions
- Heat the coconut oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
