How to Make Chicken Salad
Salads are one of the most popular diet-friendly meals, but a frequent complaint associated with salads is the lack of taste. Being the one who is all for taste, I realized that a version of a chicken salad with one of my sauces could be the perfect solution. The sauces bring in the flavor without adding too many carbs. Instead of chicken, you could use other veggies as your base as well.
- 8 oz skinless chicken breast
- 4 oz plain yogurt
- 3 1/2 tsp Sukhi’s Classic Indian Curry Sauce
- Cilantro (for garnish)
Cook the chicken breast in a microwave or on stove top. Once done, cut it into small pieces.
Add yogurt and curry sauce to the chicken pieces and mix well. Garnish with cilantro.
You’re all set to relish the chicken salad! Nutritious and delicious, all the same.
