This grilled naan pizza recipe can easily be altered to suit your own tastes. Top it with your choice of vegetarian pizza toppings and enjoy!
Heat grill to medium-high heat. Place naan on grill for 1 minute.
Remove and spread some Sukhi's Tomato Chutney over the grilled side. Garnish with toppings and gently place naan pizza back on grill, cover with grill lid, and warm until cheese is melted and bubbling.
Check occasionally to make sure the bottom crust is not burning; if starting to blacken before cheese melts, reduce heat.
*If using fresh veggies as a pizza topping, make sure to slice them quite thinly. Otherwise they won't cook fully on the grill.
