Chocolate Samosa:

  • Pre-made Pie Crust any brand works
  • Egg wash 1 egg whisked with 1 tablespoon water


  • 1 cup Koya milk solids
  • ½ cup almonds sliced
  • ¼ cup golden raisins
  • 2 T Milk
  • ½ cup of sugar
  • 4 cardamom pods

Special Equipment:

  • -Convection Oven



  1. Add Koya, sugar, almonds, raisins, cardamom pods and milk to a bowl and mix until smooth and evenly distributed


  1. Preheat the oven to 425 deg. F.
  2. Roll pie dough to ⅛ th inch thickness. Shave the sides off to make a square out of the rolled crust. Discard the leftover dough. Cut the square into 6 equal squares.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of filling to the center of the square. Lift one edge and fold it over joining to the adjacent edge making a triangle. Pinch the edges with the back of a fork to seal the open ends.
  4. Line on a baking sheet. Lightly brush the surface with egg wash.
  5. Bake in the oven for 15- 18 mins. Or until the surface is golden.
  6. Pull out of the oven. Allow samosas to cool.
  7. Meanwhile, melt chocolate chips in the microwave.
  8. Take a little melted chocolate in a spoon and drizzle on the samosa.
  9. Eat it warm or serve over ice cream!
  10. Place in the fridge for 5 minutes if you would like the chocolate to set
