Baked Cheesy Chicken Tikka Masala Dip

- 1 Large Bowl
- 1 Measuring Cup
- 1 Baking Dish
Ingredients
- 15 oz Sukhi's Indian Chicken Tikka Masala Family Meal
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- ½ cup Sour Cream
- 1 ¾ cup Mozzarella, freshly shredded & divided
- ¼ tsp Crushed Red Pepper (Optional) Add additional for topping if preferred
- Sourdough Baguette, toasted & sliced
Instructions
- Put cream cheese, sour cream, ¾ cup of the mozzarella, and crushed red pepper in a large bowl
- Stir and mix well until combined
- Add in Sukhi's Chicken Tikka Masala and mix well
- Spread the dip into a shallow baking dish
- Top with the remaining 1 cup mozzarella and shredded parmesan
- Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 until bubbling and golden
- If needed, watch closely and broil for 2-3 minutes
- Remove from the oven and top with crushed red pepper
- Serve immediately with toasted baguette slices
