Baked Cheesy Chicken Tikka Masala Dip

Equipment

  • 1 Large Bowl
  • 1 Measuring Cup
  • 1 Baking Dish

Ingredients

  • 15 oz Sukhi's Indian Chicken Tikka Masala Family Meal
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • ½ cup Sour Cream
  • 1 ¾ cup Mozzarella, freshly shredded & divided
  • ¼ tsp Crushed Red Pepper (Optional) Add additional for topping if preferred
  • Sourdough Baguette, toasted & sliced

Instructions

  • Put cream cheese, sour cream, ¾ cup of the mozzarella, and crushed red pepper in a large bowl
  • Stir and mix well until combined
  • Add in Sukhi's Chicken Tikka Masala and mix well
  • Spread the dip into a shallow baking dish
  • Top with the remaining 1 cup mozzarella and shredded parmesan
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 until bubbling and golden
  • If needed, watch closely and broil for 2-3 minutes
  • Remove from the oven and top with crushed red pepper
  • Serve immediately with toasted baguette slices
