The Ultimate Chicken and Shrimp Masala Skewer

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 package Suhki’s Tikka Masala sauce
  • 3 oz chicken cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 3 oz shrimp
  • 8-10 skewers

Instructions

  • Toss coconut milk, Sukhi’s Tikka Masala sauce, cubed chicken, and shrimp in a bowl. Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least an hour or overnight.
  • Preheat grill.
  • Stack skewers with alternating chicken and shrimp skewers.
  • Grill on both sides about 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  • Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
