2cupsfigs coarsely chopped
¼cupfinely chopped pecans

2Tpureed ginger

¼tgaram masala
¾cwhite vinegar

Instructions
Add all ingredients to a saucepan on medium heat, bring to a boil string occasionally. Simmer chutney until liquids have reduced and chutney is thick and glossy, about 10-15 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
