Chicken Curry Melt

Ingredients

  • 2 Slices Sandwich Bread
  • 2 tbsp Mayo
  • 2 oz Cheese shredded or sliced
  • 1/3 Celery Stick large
  • 3 oz Shredded Chicken
  • 1 Sukhi's Classic Curry Sauce

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mix shredded chicken, mayo, celery, and Sukhi’s Curry sauce until the chicken is coated. Set aside.
  • Set oven or toaster oven to broil.
  • Lay out two slices of bread. Sprinkle cheese on both slices.
  • Broil cheese on toast in the oven or toaster oven for 1-2 min until melted and lightly browned.
  • Remove from oven and spread chicken curry salad on both sides of cheesy toast.
  • Put two halves together and cut in half.
