In a medium bowl, mix shredded chicken, mayo, celery, and Sukhi’s Curry sauce until the chicken is coated. Set aside.
Set oven or toaster oven to broil.
Lay out two slices of bread. Sprinkle cheese on both slices.
Broil cheese on toast in the oven or toaster oven for 1-2 min until melted and lightly browned.
Remove from oven and spread chicken curry salad on both sides of cheesy toast.
Put two halves together and cut in half.
