Add Sukhi's Classic Curry sauce and coconut milk to the pan. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
Incorporate tomato paste and continue cooking to eliminate excess water.
Allow the curry to simmer for 3-4 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
Gently add the thawed, firm white fish to the curry in the last few minutes of cooking. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
Once done, remove the pan from heat and serve your Goan Fish Curry with optional garnishes such as jalapeno, cilantro, rice, or naan.
