Ingredients

  • 1 Sukhi's Classic Curry Sauce
  • 1 Can Tomato Paste
  • 1 Can Coconut Milk
  • 1 tbsp Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil or Ghee
  • 4-6 oz firm white fish thawed
  • Cilantro or Jalepno optional
  • Naan or rice for serving

Instructions

  • Heat a saucepan over medium-high heat and add olive oil or ghee, along with chopped garlic.
  • Add Sukhi's Classic Curry sauce and coconut milk to the pan. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  • Incorporate tomato paste and continue cooking to eliminate excess water.
  • Allow the curry to simmer for 3-4 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
  • Gently add the thawed, firm white fish to the curry in the last few minutes of cooking. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
  • Once done, remove the pan from heat and serve your Goan Fish Curry with optional garnishes such as jalapeno, cilantro, rice, or naan.
