Chicken Vindaloo Flatbread

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces Sukhi's Chicken Vindaloo
  • 1 medium-sized flatbread or naan
  • 1/2 orange bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup mozzarella, shredded
  • Pizza sauce
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450° F.
  • Brush naan with olive oil, covering the edges.
  • Bake for 3 minutes to crisp bread and remove.
  • Using the back of a spoon, spread pizza sauce very lightly on naan.
  • Spoon chicken vindaloo onto pizza. Top with bell pepper and cheese.
  • Bake directly on center rack for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted and just starting to brown.
  • Remove, slice, and enjoy!
