Preheat oven to 450° F.
Brush naan with olive oil, covering the edges.
Bake for 3 minutes to crisp bread and remove.
Using the back of a spoon, spread pizza sauce very lightly on naan.
Spoon chicken vindaloo onto pizza. Top with bell pepper and cheese.
Bake directly on center rack for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted and just starting to brown.
Remove, slice, and enjoy!
