Ingredients

  • 8 oz skinless chicken breast
  • 4 oz plain yogurt
  • 3 1/2 tsp Sukhi’s Classic Indian Curry Sauce
  • Cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Cook the chicken breast in a microwave or on stove top. Once done, cut it into small pieces. 
  • Add yogurt and curry sauce to the chicken pieces and mix well. Garnish with cilantro.
    You’re all set to relish the chicken salad! Nutritious and delicious, all the same.
