Savory Mint Lassi

Ingredients

  • 2 cups yogurt or soy yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 20 sprigs of mint
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 2-4 tablespoons milk or soy milk

Instructions

  • Using a blender first finely blend the mint and milk. Start with 2 tablespoons of milk, and add more if the mint leaves are not blending properly. Next combine all ingredients and blend until well combined. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
