yogurt or soy yogurt

milk or soy milk
Instructions
Using a blender first finely blend the mint and milk. Start with 2 tablespoons of milk, and add more if the mint leaves are not blending properly. Next combine all ingredients and blend until well combined. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
