Sweet Mango Lassi

Ingredients

  • 1 cup yogurt or soy yogurt
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 cup mango puree
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom
  • 1/3 cup milk or soy milk
  • optional - splash of rose water

Instructions

  • Using a blender combine all ingredients until smooth. Garnish with a swirl of mango puree or sliced mango.
