Ingredients

  • A packet of Sukhi's lemon rice
  • 1-1 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • Salt (as per taste)
  • Cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 1/2 cup of Sukhi’s lemon rice (follow instructions on the packet).

  2. Add 1 to 1 1/2 cup of yogurt to the rice. Start with a cup and add more should you want the flavor to stand out.

  3. Add salt as per taste.

  4. Garnish with cilantro. Enjoy your meal!
