Our Gobi Aloo Spice Mix lets you create this famous traditional Punjabi dish from wholesome potatoes and hearty cauliflower. Try it with any vegetable mix, serve over Sukhi’s Basmati Rice for a flavorful meal.

RECIPE INGREDIENTS:
Makes 4 Servings
1 packet of Sukhi’s Gobi Aloo Spice Mix
1 cup cauliflower florets
1 cup red potatoes, boiled and cubed
3 tbsp. oil
Salt to taste
1 sprig fresh cilantro, chopped for garnishing

METHOD:
In 1.5 quart saucepan, heat oil on medium high heat. Add entire contents of Gobi Aloo Spice Mix and saute until spices begin to froth. Add cauliflower florets and potatoes. Mix well. Cover pan. Reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are cooked. Add salt to taste. Garnish with chopped cilantro.
