The Channa Masala spice mix is the key ingredient for creating our authentic garbanzo bean dish. Also use it to sprinkle over okra, eggplant, potatoes and peas.
RECIPE INGREDIENTS:
14 oz can of garbanzo beans
2 TBS. Sukhi's Channa Masala
2 TBS. Sukhi's Tamarind Chutney or Sukhi's Mango Chutney
3 TBS. cooking oil
METHOD:
Heat oil in 1 qt. saucepan. Saute Sukhi's Channa Masala until spices froth. Add beans with liquids in the can and cook until liquid is reduced 25%. Add chutney. Garnish with sliced tomatoes, onions and cilantro. Service with rice or tortilla of your choice.
